POLSON — Volunteers help others but also help their own mental and physical health.   Tai Chi is practiced every Tuesday and Thursday from 10-11 a.m. Exercise class is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Pinochle games begin every Thursday at 12:30 p.m.  Mahjong begins every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. No bingo will be played on Friday, March 13.
