Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases April 2-8:

Delane Roy Martin, 38, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. 

He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. He was also fined $500 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Cindy L. Butterhof, 47, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. 

She was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, fined $300 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Rachel C. Munson-Young, 30, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater, first offense. 

She was found guilty, fined $300 and charged $85 in court costs. 

John Lloyd Chase, 25, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. 

He was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs.
