POLSON – The Lady Pirates split the week with a loss at home and a road trip victory bringing their season to 3-4.

At home on Thursday the Lady Pirates fell 0-3 against Loyola-Sacred Heart in the close-but-no-prize contest.

Jaiden Toth had 16 digs for the Lady Pirates adding 18 assists while Haley Fyant knocked down six kills at the net.

At Stevensville on Saturday the Lady Pirates found redemption with a sweep over Stevensville 3-0.

Fyant once again proved to be a brute at the net with 10 kills and Libby Clay dipped for 20 digs adding three aces.

The Lady Pirates will head into tourney play traveling to Missoula Oct. 10-11 to compete at the Missoula City Invitational and then on to Frenchtown Oct.14.
