Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases from March 27-April 2, 2010:
Delfina R. Castillo, 36, pleaded guilty to selling or providing alcoholic beverages to person under 21 years.
She was found guilty, fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.
Stacia L. Maughan, 28, pleaded guilty to selling or providing alcoholic beverages to person under 21 years. She was found guilty, fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.
Dustin Troy Castleberry, 41, forfeited his bond of $100 for speeding, going 57 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Justin L. Wilson, 23, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Ryan E. Matson, 24, pleaded no contest to theft of labor, services or use of property. He was found guilty, fined $100, charged $185 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail with one day suspended.
