Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from March 19-25, 2010:

Kaden Don Stinger, 26, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor issuing a bad check. He was found guilty, fined $85 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Cole James Kneesen, 23, pleaded not guilty to carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence (having a valid permit, not a defense). He was found guilty, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 167 days suspended. Kneesen has 13 days credited time.

Eddie Tryon, 22, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Ronald James Printz, 67, pleaded not guilty to theft - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Chance Crowder, 21, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense, and failure to remain at accident scene where person injured. He was found guilty of all three offenses. For reckless driving, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. For operating without liability, he was fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. For failure to remain, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Joshua Leon Johnson, 30, pleaded not guilty to unlawful hunt or fish during closed season - large game animal. He was found guilty, fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Nikolas R. Winters, 20, pleaded not guilty to unlawful hunt/attempt to hunt game from roadway. He was found guilty, fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kenneth Warren Green, 20, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Kaden Don Stinger, 26, pleaded guilty to driving without driver’s license in possession and operating without liability insurance in effect - second offense. He was found guilty of both offenses. For driving without driver’s license, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. For operating without liability, he was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended.

Arlene M. Ackermann, 45, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended.
