Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases from March 20-26, 2010:
Samuel Robert Danford, 18, pleaded no contest to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense and operating with expired registration - failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs for operating without liability. For the expired registration, he was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Douglas Allen Whitewater, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal contempt. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $85 in court costs.
Peggy P. Ganley, 52, forfeited her bond of $50 for speeding, going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Donnie J. Zundl, 69, forfeited her bond of $50 for speeding, going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Edwin Ward Smout, Jr., pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation. He was found guilty and fined $20.
Melissa Ann Peel, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense.
She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
