Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases from Feb. 1-28, 2010:
Dawn Lozeau, 41, forfeited her bond of $50 for speeding, doing 35 mph in a 25 mph zone.
George Bennett Evans, 42, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 57 in a 45 mph zone and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. For speeding, he was fined $75 and for driving with a revoked or suspended license, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended.
John Colby, 49, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense, driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and speeding, going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found guilty of all offenses. For operating without liability insurance, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended. For driving with a revoked or suspended license, he was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended. For speeding, he was fined $50.
Robert Bergschultz, 69, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Allen Schmidt, 74, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Thomas Pointer, 46, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Paytra Starkel, 39, forfeited her bond of $50 for speeding, going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Blaine Platt, 33, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Christopher Kruse, 26, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 54 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Corey Bitler, 22, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 54 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Dennis Leroy Nelson, 54, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone and to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty of both offenses. For speeding, he was as fined $50 and for driving with a revoked or suspended license, he was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Ely Todd, 26, forfeited his bond of $75 for speeding, going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Annie Marie Morigeau, 24, pleaded guilty to failure to stop immediately following accident and to a stop sign violation. She was found guilty of both offenses and fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended for failure to stop. For the stop sign violation, she was fined $40 and charged $35 in court costs.
Talena Knott, 18, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone and operating in violation of restrictions imposed on driver’s license. She was found guilty of both offenses, fined $50 for speeding and $85 for violating restrictions.
Deanna Burgess, 31, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 58 mph in a 45 mph zone and operating without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty of both offenses, fined $75 for speeding and fined $500, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended for operating without insurance.
Heather Dawn Coughlin, 25, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 57 mph in a 45 mph zone, driving while privilege is suspended or revoked, and failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. She was fined $75 for speeding, $250 and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended for driving with a revoked or suspended license and fined $250, charged $35 in court costs for failure to carry proof.
