Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from March 5-11, 2010:

Jeremy Todd Rice, 31, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor issuing a bad check. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $85 in court costs.

John Lewis Connelly, 50, pleaded not guilty to operating vehicle without interlock. He was found guilty, fined $500 and charged $35 in court costs.

Tyler B. Moy, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Gregory Allan Olsen, 36, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .08% or greater - first offense, operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense and operating with expired registration - failure to reregister. He was found guilty of all three offenses and fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended for operating with BAC of .08% or greater. For operating without insurance, he was fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs and for failure to reregister, he was fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Rhonda Whitewater Zetterstrom, 45, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.

Matthew Cole Sandberg, 18, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended.

Thomas N. Pelican, 53, pleaded guilty to negligent endangerment. He was found guilty, fined $500, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended.

Jordan Lanell Strozzi, 19, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Seth Houston Dean Williams, 18, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense, and to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty of both offenses, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs for operating without insurance and for driving with a suspended for revoked license, he was fined $250, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Jason Scott Kausshen, 39, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Roselyn Lee Kujala, 20, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - second offense. She was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Cody Joseph Brown, 28, pleaded guilty to failure to have child under age 6 and less than 60 pounds properly restrained and operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. He was found guilty of both offenses, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs for failure to have child properly restrained and for operating without insurance, fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.

Joseph P. Wheeler, 49, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Douglas Whitewater, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under age 21, over age 18 - first offense and criminal contempt. He was found guilty of both offenses and for possessing intoxicating substances, he was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs. For criminal contempt, he was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
