Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Feb. 26-March 4, 2010:

Hugh Ryan Houle, 36, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense, driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, and to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. He was found guilty of all offenses and fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended for failure to carry proof of insurance. For driving while privilege is suspended or revoked, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. For unlawful possession, he was fined $80.

Bradley J. Pieper, 26, pleaded not guilty to negligent endangerment (substantial risk - death/serious bodily injury). He was found guilty, fined $1,000, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Kacy Renee Anderson, 41, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense and driving without a valid driver's license - expired more than 180 days. She was found guilty of both offenses. She was fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs for failure to carry proof of insurance and for driving without a valid license, she was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days in jail.

Shaonna Daisy Adams, 31, pleaded guilty to failure to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Daniel J. Wilson, 30, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. He was fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.

Glenn Jerry Reum, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty of both offenses, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended for failure to carry proof of insurance. For driving while privilege is suspended or revoked, he was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

Daniel Lyle Long, 18, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 166 days suspended. Long may serve 30 days SCRAM in lieu of seven days jail time.

Traver Lee Sinclair, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400, charged 485 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days.

Rodney Loris Hanson, 65, pleaded guilty to a right of way violation - failure to yield to vehicle on through highway. He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Madelyn Ramona Meadows, 42, pleaded guilty to improper passing in no-passing zone. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
