RONAN — On Sept. 23, 2014, Andre Nigel Dullinger passed away from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
Born Oct. 24, 1988, in Portland, Oregon, Andre spent his first 10 years exploring the beauty and wonder of Oregon. In 1998 Andre’s family moved to Ronan. He fell in love with the mountains and the lakes. An avid hiker, camper and fisherman, Andre loved exploring old gold mining towns and truly lived in and loved the outdoors. A direct descendent of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe, Andre embraced the culture and traditions. He dabbled in all sports but dabbled best in baseball. Andre graduated in 2007 from Ronan High School. In 2012 Andre was blessed with the birth of his most precious boy, Andre Michael.
Andre is survived by his beautiful son Andre Michael; parents Gary and Sherry Dullinger; siblings Julian and Chelsea; nieces and nephews Melanie, Natalie, Tony, Emily and Abel; grandparents Donna Dullinger and Phyllis and Travis Benoist; aunties Chela, Cassie, Peggy, Cheryl and Susan; uncles Shannon and Shawn DeFrance; and many cousins and friends.
