Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Feb. 5-11:

Doreen Mae Dasovich, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license - expired less than 180 days and to operating without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty of both offenses. For driving without a valid license, she was fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. For operating without liability insurance, she was fined $550, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

She was found guilty of both offenses. For driving without a valid license, she was fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. For operating without liability insurance, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Wanda Lemon Biggs, 52, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .08% BAC or greater - first offense.

She was found guilty, fined $400, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Austin R. Dawson, 22, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Comfort Trellis Bolen, Sr., 31, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty of all three offenses and for obstructing a peace officer, he was fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. For resisting arrest, he was fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. For criminal trespassing, he was fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Corey Lee White, 47, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense. He was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. If White provides six months continued insurance, fine will be reduced by $100 and jail time will be waived.

Jason Anthony Whealon, 32, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, fined $450, charged $350 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. If Whealon provides six months continued insurance, fine will be reduced by $100 and jail time will be reduced to two days.

Jose Ramirez, 46, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Timothy P. Flock, 37, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense, and to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

He was found guilty of all three offenses. For criminal possession, he was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. For driving under the influence, he was fined $400, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended, and for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Mirtell Anthony Bacon III, 24, pleaded guilty to destruction or tampering with communication device and to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty of both offenses and for tampering, he was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. For disorderly, he was fined $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Robert W. Watt, 33, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs - marijuana, less than 60 grams - first offense. He was found guilty, fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Cherri Rorvick, 32, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense. She was found guilty, fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Jail time will be deferred until Aug. 10.

Kimberly Aron Wendell, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense and driving without a valid driver’s license - expire more than 180 days. She was found guilty of both offenses and for failure to carry proof, she was fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and for driving without a valid license, she was fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.
