Ray LeBrun
RONAN — Ray LeBrun was born July 11, 1929, in Billings to Arthur and Nellie (Clausen) LeBrun. He moved to Moiese where he met Iris Owens and they married in Polson in 1948. They moved to Alaska where he worked as a logger, fisherman, and various jobs at a lumber mill. He and Iris moved back to Montana in 1984.
He died Nov. 20 at his daughter’s home in Ronan after a long illness.
His parents; his wife; six brothers; his son; and one grandson precede him in death.
His two daughters, Eileen Robinson of Pinehurst, Idaho, and Kathy Ackermann of Ronan; his grandson Steve Scouller; numerous nieces and nephews; and many good friends survive him.
Cremation has taken place and his ashes will be buried with his wife in the spring.
