Judge Doug A. Olsen dealt with the following cases from Jan. 30-Feb. 5:
Thomas Andrew Olandt, 20, forfeited his bond of $185 for improper passing - in a no-passing zone and also forfeited his bond of $85 for driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.
Ernest Reyes, 46, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Timothy Paul Nunn, forfeited his bond of $40 for speeding, going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Douglas Allen Whitewater, 20, pleaded guilty to two cases of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, fined $70, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to two days in jail for each count of criminal contempt. For disorderly conduct, he was fined $60, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to one day in jail.
