Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases from Jan. 23-29:

Mary Elizabeth Asper, 42, pleaded guilty to careless driving, failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense and to driving without a valid driver's license - expired less than 180 days.

She was found guilty of all three offenses and for careless driving, she was fined $50, charged $35 in court costs and ordered to pay restitution of $786.55. 

For failure to carry proof of insurance, she was fined $50, charged $35 in court costs and ordered to pay restitution of $786.55. 

For driving without a valid license, she was fined $50, charged $35 in court costs and ordered to pay restitution of $786.55.

Michael R. Reisner, 42, forfeited his bond of $50 for speeding, going 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Jeffery Leland Jennison, 20, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. 

He was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Argentina Monica Gilles, 28, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Linda S. Posivro, 60, pleaded guilty to interfering with traffic while backing. She was found guilty, fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Joseph C. Radtke, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Matthew C. Sandberg, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 - over age 18, first offense. 

He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.
