Clara Ann (Nick) Rossbach
ST. IGNAITUS — Clara Ann (Nick) Rossbach, 59, died on Feb. 1.
She was born July 24, 1950 to Hy Nick and Mary Andrew Sherwood in St. Ignatius.
She married Robert Peltier and later remarried William Delmer George Rossbach.
Clara was preceded in death by husbands; parents; stepfather, Lil’ Dan Sherwood and John Ignace; brothers Mose Nick, Arnold Sherwood, Thomas Sherwood and Donald Sherwood; sisters Mary Ann Williams and Rose Ellen Sherwood; infant daughter, Yavonne Rossbach; and nephew, Eli Francis Sherwood.
Survivors include husband, Tazzy; sons Cavey Rossbach and William Rossbach; daughters Waleya Lynn Rossbach and Jessica Julius Whitegrass Conko; sisters Susan Sherwood, Nancy Sherwood, Julie Sherwood, Agnes Sherwood, Denise Sherwood and Joanne Nick Augustine; brothers Warren Teasley, Eneas Nick, Francis Sherwood, and Daniel Sherwood.
A traditional wake began Feb. 4 at the Longhouse with the rosary being recited Feb. 5. Mass was Feb. 6. Interment was in Snyelmn Sntmtmne.
