News from Providence St. Joseph Medical Center
POLSON — Providence Health and Services Western Montana caregivers joined other Providence teams in February and traveled to Chicamán, Guatemala, as part of Providence Health International. They entered the community to build fuel-efficient, ventilated stoves alongside families, reducing risks of child mortality due to respiratory illnesses.
Providence team members included Mark Wakai, Kirk Bodlovic, Ray Nichols, Karen Myers, Rachelle McPhee, Laura Shelton, Amanda Stubb and Rhonda Hughes, Monica Kato and Stacey Burdett of Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson.
