Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for March 20-26:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Douglas Leland Carie, 52; George Andrew Sherwood, 21; Paul Anthony Newell, 26; Justin Brent Pritchard, 27; Brian Sheridan Thomas, 60; Victoria Dawn Bachert, 50; David John Unrau, 52; Jeffrey D. Smyth, 37.
Mark Florian, 55, pleaded guilty to improper passing, in a no passing zone. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Charles Vincent McDonald, 32, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was also fined $20 for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Alan Stewart, 43, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and 10 days in jail with 6 days suspended. He received 15 hours credit towards days owed.
William F. Witts, 60; forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red stop traffic signal.
Robert Eric Sumpter, 70, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for unlawful use of a mobile phone.
Aaron Albin Franz, 34, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Ryland Jon Simon, 26, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Kolby Shane Chisholm, 20; Lyle George Zeiler, 60; Dallas M. Jore, 20; Patti Crouch, 66; Danny Wayne Eastman, 58.
Austin Nicholas Boose, 27, forfeited a $90 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle, combination of load, object, or other thing with size or weight without special permit.
Robert Kenneth Fallang, 67, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to display special mobile equipment receipt for inspection.
Bryan Scott Corrigan, 37, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.
