Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases from Dec. 15-31:
Christopher E. Filardi, 42, pleaded guilty to basic rule - reasonable and prudent, was found guilty, fined $65 and charged $35 in court costs.
Autumn Sarah Desjarlais, 33, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. She was found guilty of both offenses and for criminal possession, fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with six months suspended. For disorderly conduct, she was fined $100, charged $85 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Wade Alden Bartel, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone and was fined $20.
Matthew James Sisler, 44, pleaded guilty it speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph restricted/special zone, was found guilty, fined $20 and charged $35 in court costs.
Joshua Cavendar Cole, forfeited his bond of $65 for speeding, going 47 mph in a 35 mph restricted/special zone, was fined $30 and charged $35 in court costs.
Shimon Ash, 23, forfeited his bond of $70 for speeding, going 47 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Darren Gardner, 23, forfeited his bond of $55 for speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph restricted/special zone.
