Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for July 17-23:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Ray E. Ward, 26, fined $20; David Michael Van, 35, fined $20; Bryan James Conrow, 22, fined $105; David Michael Van, 35, fined $20; Kenneth Todd Krantz, 37, fined $85; Morgan Rose McKay, 22, fined $55; Bruce Wayne Monforton, 47; fined $55; Casidy K Holt, 24, fined $55; Olivia R. Curtiss, 22, fined $55; Graden M. Presler, 18, fined $20; Joseph Robert Netzel, 26, fined $40; Brianna Kay Winter, 25, fined $40; Frederick L. Fekete, 59, fined $85; Lorie Ball Allred, 54, fined $55; Richard Francis Maddock, 65, fined $95; Austin Chase Dahlen, 20, fined $40; Noel Joseph Bunol IV, 41, fined $55.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Shannon Dawn Hale, 30; Lakota Jay Matt, 24; Brent Travis Wiener, 21.

Rocky Layne Olson, 32, pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended under the condition he keeps in contact with court and obeys all laws.

James Joseph Sorrell, 26, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

James Joseph Sorrell, 26, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $200, restitution of $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Cheyenne Rose Roberts, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (under age 18) – first offense. She was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Christina Schwend, 32, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.

Jordan L. Coursey, 22, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Scott S. Lester, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Andrew Dean Wier, 27, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Emmett Wesley Groom, 36, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia with deferred imposition of sentence of a $100 fine and $85 in court costs.

Ryan J. Hall, 36, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for watershiers failing to use US Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices.

Lindsey Ann Tryon, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Frederick L. Fekete, 59. forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered.

Angelina Grace Cunningham, 28, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license and was fined $150 and $35 in court costs.

Sarah Louise Miller, 29, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
