Frank Andrew Huber
ST. IGNATIUS – Frank Andrew Huber passed away peacefully at his home in St. Ignatius on Oct. 13, 2015, with his wife Bonnie, daughter Karen, sons, Frank Jr. and Gary, by his side.
Mr. Huber was born in Medford, Massachusetts. He had a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy and served in both WW II and the Korean Wars. His many duty stations included South America, the Pacific Islands, Japan and various stateside stations. Frank graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975.
Residing in St. Ignatius are wife, Bonnie; son, Gary Huber; and daughter, Karen Huber. Sons, Frank Huber Jr. (Cathy) of Olympia, Washington; Steven Huber (Karen) of Stanwood, Washington; also survive him. Grandchildren include: Jonathan Paul of Shelton, Washington; Jessica Huber of Chelan, Washington; Kirstin Lippiincott of Lewiston, Idaho; April Jeffries of Bellingham, Washington; Elaine Huber of Seattle, Washington; Anna Blinn of Tacoma, Washington; Jonathan P. Iannielli of Lacey, Washington; and 10 great-grandchildren, also survive him.
Military honors will be held in the springtime of 2016.
