POLSON — Cris Alter once again took high honors in senior bowling, rolling a women’s high game of 244 and a 670 for a series, sharing the spotlight with Frani Basta who had a 736 for high handicap series. Don Young swept game, series and handicap series with 257, 629 and 725, respectively.
Our Thanksgiving dinner, hosted by community churches, will be on Thursday, Nov. 26, from 11-2 p.m. To have a meal delivered or to get a ride to the dinner, call us at 406-883-4735.
Jane’s toenail clinic will be on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m.-noon.
Late season vegetables from area gardens are still coming in. They are appreciated and put to good use. Thank you to those donors.
Wanted: a pumpkin or two to complete our front lawn decoration.
Our lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, Nov. 5: Soft shell tacos, sour cream and salsa
— Friday, Nov. 6: Manwich, potato wedges
— Monday, Nov. 9: homemade chili, corn bread
— Tuesday, Nov. 10: pork tips and gravy, whipped potatoes
— Wednesday, Nov. 11: burger Swiss steak, rice
All the meals are accompanied with vegetables and a dessert.
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
