LAKE COUNTY — Unofficial election results are in for municipal races in Lake County. Ian Donovan won the Polson City Commissioner race with 209 votes over Peter Daniels’ 111 votes. Just 37.5 percent of voters participated.

In Ronan, three seats were open for City Council. Ellen R. Kaphammer (Ward One) and Julie Lynn Moore (Ward Three) were both running unopposed and secured their seats on the council. With an opening in Ward Two but no candidate, 26 people wrote in names. Cal Hardy earned the top vote with eight. Roughly 25 percent of registered voters participated overall in the mail-in election.

The St. Ignatius Town Council election was close with 47 percent of registered voters voting for two at-large seats.

As of Thursday, Willy Long (75 votes) and Raymond Frey (70) were in the lead. Just a vote behind at 69 is Annie Morigeau.

All terms are four years.
