News from the Flathead Lake International Cinemafest
POLSON — There is plenty of time to give a unique gift of film this Christmas with an All-Access Film Festival Pass to the Flathead Lake International Cinemafest (FLIC) scheduled for Jan. 22-24, 2016, in Polson.
Passes are available online at http://www.flicpolson.com/product/all-access-pass/. Once the $90 pass is purchased, a printable gift certificate can be wrapped, used as a stocking stuffer, or sent as an electronic attachment. The price of the pass allows entrance to all 2016 FLIC events and film screenings. Individual event tickets and screenings will be available in January.
The film festival kicks off with a themed opening party, “Cinema Royale: 00FLIC.” The party runs from 5 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, Jan. 22, at the KwaTaqNuk Resort. Film screenings begin at 7 p.m., Friday at the Showboat Cinemas, Main Street in Polson, and continue through Sunday, Jan. 24, with an Awards Show. The three-day program includes film screenings of domestic and international films which include features, shorts and documentaries of all genres.
