Ronan Chiefs

 

RONAN - On Thursday, Jan. 28, the Ronan Chiefs traveled to Loyola for a chance at adding another win to their season record. Chief’s Zeke Misa and Aaron Misa led Ronan combing with 25 points, however it was not enough to get the win. Loyola outscored Ronan in every period except the fourth, winning the game 74-62.

Saturday, Jan. 30, the Chiefs played Libby in an away game hoping to pick up a win, but fell short. It was the Misa boys who led the team again, combining with 39 points. The Chiefs fell 57-67 to Libby.

Ronan Maidens

 

RONAN - Lee Camel and Micalann McCrea led the Ronan Maidens to a 61-42 win over Loyola on Thursday, Jan. 28. The Maidens were losing by three points at half time, but outscored Loyola by 22 points in the second half. Lee Camel had 21 points and McCrea added 18 for the win. 

Two days later on Saturday, Jan. 30, the Maidens took on Libby. It was a tight game with the lead changing more than six times, but Ronan took the game 53-50. Leading the Maidens was Alicia Camel with 20 points and Lee Camel with 16 points.

Charlo Vikings

 

CHARLO – In front of a home crowd, the Charlo Vikings competed against Two Eagle on Tuesday, Jan. 26. Charlo’s Greg Montgomery led the team with 18 points, hitting 77 percent of his shots and Tyson Petticrew added 14 points. The Vikings topped Two Eagle 69-47.

Friday, Jan. 29, in a home game against Noxon, it was Michael Delaney who was in command of the game. Delaney scored 15 points to help with the Vikings triumph over Noxon 48-34.
