Naturopathic physician Elizabeth Stegmaier, N.D., from Providence Medical Group –Women’s Care and Family Wellness in Missoula, began a monthly outreach to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson in April. Stegmaier will be at the medical center the third Tuesday of every month.

As a specialist in naturopathic medicine, Dr. Stegmaier treats the whole body, not just the disease or pathology.

“I am dedicated to practicing integrative health care, offering the best of both conventional and holistic medicine to address chronic and acute health concerns,” Dr. Stegmaier said. “I will appropriately collaborate with the patient’s conventional team and offer naturopathic care to address individual needs when it is safe and effective.”

Naturopathic doctors are trained and licensed as primary care providers and are able to write prescriptions.

PMG–Women’s Care and Family Wellness provides services to all people, including women, men, seniors, infants, children and teens, and accepts most health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Its location in Missoula is at 900 North Orange Street, Suites 103 and 106 in Missoula.

To request an appointment with Dr. Stegmaier in Lake County, please call the clinic at 406-327-3057.
