Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases May 6-19:

Tucker Steven Hathaway, 28, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were fined $20 for seatbelt violation: Robyn Amber Mitchell, 20; Robyn Amber, 20; Laura Jean Gardner, 26; Rolf Leonard Harmsen, 61; Shan Douglas Morgeau, 19; Angela J. Rice, 39; Anthony James Correa, 22; James Christian Grimsley, 41; Rhea Adele Pierre, 40; Thomas Edward Tibbles, 68.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Leah L. Morrison, 54, fined $85; Brandy Lynn Wallace, 35, fined $20; Carrie Sue Burnham, 45, fined $70; Zachary Carl Aman, 20, fined $20; Arthur Benjamin Elwell, 20, fined $20; Lori Lynn Walker, 47, fined $65; Jason J. McCarley, 44, fined $55; Joseph Downing, 63, fined $85; Jeremy J. Rasmussen, 49, fined $55; Brandi Jean Elliott, 36, fined $70; Faye Marie Martinez, 40, fined $70; Linus Bruno Wehri, 73; John Michael Walters, 66, fined $20; Shawn Evan Menning, 29, fined $20; Nation I. Garza, 23, fined $55; Susan Helen Christoper, 38, fined $105; Teresa Mae Greenfield, 64, fined $20; Kasey Paul Haugan, 25, fined $70; Carl Dunkerson Jr., 55, fined $65; Joshua David Allred, 29, fined $95. 

Mariah Jewel Begs His Own, 24, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Begs His Own also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended ad charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to two days in jail with two days suspended.

Jennifer L. Davis, 40, forfeited $40 in fined and $35 in court costs for violation in a construction zone.

Samuel David Dobie, 61, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Rebecca Ann Stolz, 34, was found guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was fined $1000 with $600 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Charles Cecil Baker, 42, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. He was fined $5000 with $2500 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended.

Jerel Lamar Jeffries, 25, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operating of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was fined $600 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended with two days count as three as well, concurrent to one. Jeffries was also pleaded guilty to improper passing in no passing zone and was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Jeffries also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended and 2 days count as three as well, concurrent to one.

Journee Marie Griffin, 20, was found guilty of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Louis Patrick Lynch-Allred, 41, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no passing zone.

Dennis Michael Alexander, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Kristine L. Kelly, 46, forfeited a $40 fine for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Jan Clay Schultz, 47, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no passing zone.

Elijah Sean Corrigan, 36, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for owner or operator permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Sean Alexander Teich, 37, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $1000 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ryan R. Reum, 35, pleaded not guilty to operating in violation of restrictions imposed on drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Seth Nicholas Harpst, 35, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jeremiah Samual Jennings, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no passing zone.

Nathaniel Mcdonald, 19, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister and was charged $35 in court costs. Mcdonald also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $30 and $35 in court costs.

Michael Andrew Gipe, 24, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.
