Special Olympics State Summer Games is officially a wrap, with many Ronan athletes returning home with hardware, including a gold medal in the 10-meter wheelchair race. Others earned silver and bronze medals and ribbons.

Track Events:

April M.: 100m Walk, 51 sec, 7th place Ribbon

Jesse M.: 400m run, 1:38:10, 3rd Bronze

Lane R.: 50m Walk, 0:25:37, 3rd Bronze

Ryan A.: 50m walk, 0:19:72, 3rd Bronze

Shelby R. : 50m dash, 0:07:86, 4th Place Ribbon

Shawna A.: 50m dash 0:15:94 6th Place Ribbon

Jessica K: 100m walk, 0:52:32, 2nd Silver; 50m dash 0:13:03 2nd Silver.

Victoria N. 10M Wheelchair Race, 2 min 54 sec, 1st Place Gold
