POLSON — The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the public to help solve a string of burglaries that occurred late spring on Wild Horse Island. At least five homes were broken into on the Island and items stolen.
The property owners of one of the burglarized residences is offering a $1,000 reward to the first person who provides information leading to the recovery of three pieces of art that were stolen from their cabin.
Anybody with information about these burglaries or about these pieces of art are encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 406-883-7309 or Lake County Sheriff’s Office at 406-883-7301.
