Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 9-15:

Pascal Gerard Redfern, 62, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Troy James Rosin, 37, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600 and charged $35 in court costs.

Tina Marie Davis, 47, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended.

Tucker Steven Hathaway, 28, pleaded not guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit. He was found guilty and fined $30 and charged $35 in court costs. Hathaway also pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Dakotah James Rutherford, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and credit for one day.

Rutherford also pleaded guilty to fleeing from or eluding a peace officer. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and credit for one day.

Christopher Eric Porter, pleaded not guilty to vicious dog control, licensed or unlicensed. He was found guilty and fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Leticia Elizabeth Reyes, 21, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs. Reyes also pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Dennis Milo Grue, 64, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving. Mark Dale Harding, 52, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Gaige Christopher Mower, 23, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulations.

Phillip Marlow Thelen, 40, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Thelen also pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit. He was fined $20 and charged $35 in court costs. 

Gabrielle A. Shulman, 30, pleaded guilty to failure to stop at invasive species management area check station. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Collette Marie Deschamps, 51, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was fined $20 and charged $35 in court costs. Deschamps also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Ronda Caro Garcia, 42, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: James Franklin Groom, 29; Lakota Jay Matt, 24; Richard Dwayne Prather, 61.

Andrew Daniel Teigen, 19, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs. Teigen also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation. Teigen also forfeited a $20 fine for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.

Denver Wyatt Hess, 18, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation. Hess also forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.

Phaedrus Swab, 46, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. Swab also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Corey Ray Bilile, 41, fined $55; Cody Joseph Chouinard, 22, fined $65; David Lee Fraley, 50, fined $65; Andrienne Breann Korst, 24, fined $95; Alan E. Wagner, 68; fined $85; Clifford Allen Taylor, 49, fined $20; Rod Wendell Herrick, 51, fined $20; Larry Bruce Miller, 78, fined $70.
