Charlo stays fierce

CHARLO — The Lady Vikings varsity volleyball squad hosted neighboring Lady Bulldogs Sept. 20, beating Mission in four sets.

Kaitlin Cox tallied eight kills, 19 digs, four blocks and 11 aces. Cheyenne Nagy lead in digs with 24 and blocks with nine.

The Lady Vikes competed Saturday in the Mineral County Tournament, earning victories over Lincoln, Victor and Plains in three sets each. The team lost only to Philipsburg.

Cox led the team with 15 aces and 19 assists. Cheyenne Nagy blocked five times and earned 12 kills, and Allie Delaney tallied 33 digs.
