ST. IGNATIUS — If you call a large turkey a gobbler, what do you call a small one? Goblet?
Please everyone, come and join us at the St. Ignatius Senior Center on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 5:30 p.m. for our turkey dinner.
— Friday, Nov. 18: Goulash
— Tuesday, Nov. Nov. 22: open faced hot turkey sandwiches
— Friday, Nov. 25: observance of Thanksgiving
— Tuesday, Nov. 29: soup and sandwiches
— Friday, Dec. 2: cowboy casserole
— Tuesday, Dec. 6: tuna casserole
— Wednesday, Dec. 7: roast beef
Our menu is subject to change. We also offer home delivered meals to qualified seniors. Bingo is played after almost every lunch. Our Meals are made fresh and served hot every Tuesday and Friday at noon and on the first and third Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. Everyone of all ages are welcome to join us for lunch or dinner.
Raffle tickets are still available for the turkey dinner. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. That drawing will be held during our meal at noon on Friday, Nov. 18. Raffle tickets are also still available for the quilt for $1 each or eight for $5.
The Ukulee group will meet on the third Monday evening of the month at 7 p.m. The next board meeting will be on Dec. 13 at 10:30 a.m. and nutrition reports will be given. Commodities are available for qualified applicants. Please call the center for more information at 406-745-4462.
