POLSON — I still have a lot on the ball; I’m just too tired to bounce it.
Cris Alter’s 300 high bowling score and series of 727 at senior bowling shows she has a lot on the ball. Bob Elsberry was close with his 265. Jesse Barry had a series of 712. Jessie’s 799 and Frannie Basta’s 757 handicap series were high.

Bridge is played here every Tuesday and Friday right after lunch. What better way to spend a wintery afternoon? Bob Gorsuch was the winner in the last match-up.
Limber up with our exercise group on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and then plan on having lunch here, but don’t plan on playing Bingo on Dec. 23 or Dec. 30;we will be taking a two-week break for the holidays.
Lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, Dec. 22: turkey potpie
— Friday, Dec. 23: beef barley soup, French bread
— Monday, Dec. 26: vegetable beef soup, egg salad sandwich
— Tuesday, Dec. 27: hot turkey sandwich, whipped potatoes
— Wed., Dec. 28: enchiladas, salsa and sour cream
All meals include vegetables and a dessert.
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
