Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases March 10-16:

Joseph William Smith Brownell, 34, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: David Ramsey Greiff, 26; Tyler Reed Houle, 18; Carrie Tamberia Burrough, 40.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Michael J. Drake, 45, fined $20; Christinia Ashley Mohan, 22, fined $55; Noble Cain Kimmel, 23, fined $85; Ilee Laurelnissen Bevolden, 29, fined $70; Timothy Verlyn Keiser, 65, fined $20; Stacey Renee Mcgough, 47, fined $20; Ricky Alan Higdon, 53, fined $85.

Sara Jeanette Brueckmann, 22, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. She also forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Branding James Bruning Jr., 22, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1,000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Shelbi Schrock, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended charged of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1,000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Luke Calvin Graham, 37, to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1,000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Carl Jay Wall, 79, pleaded not guilty to ROW Violation, fail/ yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard) when making left turn. He was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Norman M. Beck, 44, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for reckless driving, first offense.

Michelle Grace Anderson, 24, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. Anderson also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Conor Blake Gallagher, 32, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for nonresident license or permit offenses-unlawful purchase of or apply for resident license by nonresident.

Ryan D. Roberts, 30, pleaded no contest and forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs to nonresident license or permit offenses-unlawful purchase of or apply for resident license by nonresident.

Joseph Robert Milner, 19, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for a ROW Violation, failure to yield on through highway.

Austin Jones Cochran, 21, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle- owner or operation, second offense. He was fined $350 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Cochran also pleaded guilty to violation in use of traffic education learners license. He was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

William Thomas Suttenfield, 27, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence, second offense. He was fined $5,000 with $2,500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 15 days in jail with 15 days suspended.

James Dean Snyder, 25, pleaded guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was fined $150 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Jacob D. Nixon, 29, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $250 and charged $85 in court costs. Nixon also pleaded guilty to shooting from across road or highway ROW. He was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Eugene Troy Heath, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to display special mobile equipment receipt for inspection.
