Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases March 31-April 20:

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: John Andrew Winkler, 40; Lee Dale Ranel, 53; Jon Raymond Krause, 30 (two times).

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Travis Wayne Pierre, 29, fined $55; Catherine Denise Radke, 47, fined $20; Paul F. Beard, 67, fined $85; Kylie R. Finley-Squeque, 18, fined $135; Shauna Eluned Brigham, 36, fined $85; Randall David Stewman, 47, fined $120; John Paul David, 71, fined $20; Max Albert Krantz, 54, fined $85; Brooklan Tenille Silliker, 21, fined $20; William Sherman Johnston Jr., 59, fined $55; Mary Therese Bangen, 61, fined $20; Dustin Clyde Dyck, 24, fined $20; Thomas Henry Tibbles, 22, fined $20.

Alyssa V. Fritsen, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fritsen was found guilty and fined $500 with $450 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended and credited with 2 days.

Jackson R. Kilpatrick, 33, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. Kilpatrick was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Audra R. Susoeff, 49, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. Susoeff was found guilty and fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Jason William Cass, 34, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of negligent endangerment (substantial risk-death/ serious bodily injury). Cass was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days in jail.

Leroy Francis Toupe, 34, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner/family member, first offense. Toupe was found guilty and fined $1000 with $900 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to $180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Steven Douglas Raymond, 28, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. Raymond was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Randal David Roach, 55, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. Roach was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Jeffrey Douglas Freeman Jr., 32, pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession/shipment/transportation of game fish/bird/game or furbearing animal-large game restitution value less than or equal to $1000. Freeman was found guilty and fined $2050 with $1750 and charged $35 in court costs.

Daniel Kurt Spenner, 58, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Ryan Michael Gray, 37, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Ryan also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. Gray was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Thomas Peyton Pandolf, 50, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing.

Shelbi Kay Lamb, 23, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

Mariah Ann Connolly, 39, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Eric Knutson, 67, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for improper passing, highway ahead obstructed.

Eden Marie Beagles, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Beagles was fined $500 with $350 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Teddy Joe Taylor, 44, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Taylor was fined $500 with $350 suspended, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended. Taylor also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $510 with $250 suspended and charged $75 in court costs.

Trey McKenzie Nordberg, 23, pleaded not guilty and operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. Nordberg was fined $600 and charged $85 in court costs and drivers license was suspended for 189 days.

Darrol Glen Denny, 62, pleaded guilty to setting a fire or burning within a forest, range or cropland without a permit. Denny was fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Lonnie William Muth, 47, pleaded not guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. Muth was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. He was told to pay restitution of $150.

Dawna Rose Sifrit, 38, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. Sifrit also forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. Sifrit also forfeited an $85 fine for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

John Thomas Schultze, 34, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended and credit for 2 days.

Jeremy Daniel Devlin, 34, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. Devlin was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Andrew Henry Cox, 36, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. Cox was found guilty and fined $500 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended or 6 days of house arrest.

Christopher Michael Pannell, 50, pleaded not guilty to violation in a work zone. Pannell was found guilty and fined $160 and charged $35 in court costs.

Elisha Matthew Webb, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and told to pay restitution of $500, pay $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended and credit given for 2 days.

Elizabeth Ann Keksi, 27, pleaded not guilty to improper pass-approach crest of grade (hill) or curve. Keksi was found guilty and fined $35 and charged $35 in court costs.

Travis Kyle Cuttler, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Devon William Faulk, 18, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation and $50 and $35 in court costs for failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing.

Reese Cameron Bourdon, 24, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. Bourdon was fined $300 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Bourdon also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $510 with $250 suspended and charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 6 days in jail with 4 days suspended.

Mervin Ray Payne, 74, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.

Brooke Alexandra Doty, 19, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Justin M. Olson, 35, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs-marijuana (less than 60 grams) – first offense. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $85 in court costs.

Veronica Partida, 32, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 31, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $50 and $85 in court costs.

Nathan Taylor Wise, 29, pleaded not guilty to failing to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to prop/fixtures along highway-first offense. He was fined $300 with $200 suspended and ordered to pay restitution of $766.93 and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended.

Shadrick Dee Rich, 22, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended per a plea agreement.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 31, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Daniel Chance Blixt, 27, pleaded guilty to failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Joseph T. Summers, 51, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence, second offense. He was fined $5000 with $2500 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 days suspended. Summers also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, third or subsequence offense. He was fined $510 and charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended. Summers also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $510 with $400 suspended and charged $75 in court costs.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 31, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Elizabeth Nichole Wilkinson, 31, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Lorraine Lee Ramirez, 55, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Michael Gregory Huus, 29, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for improper passing, highway ahead obstructed.
