ST. IGNATIUS — May your day be filled with blessings, like the sun that lights the sky and may you always have the courage to spread your wings and fly.
On Wednesday, May 3, we will serve our Mother’s Day dinner at 5:30 p.m. Bring your mothers, grandmothers, and mothers-inlaw and join us for a wonderful home cooked meal of baked chicken.
We serve our meals every Tuesday and Friday at noon and on the first and third Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m.
Menu:
— Friday, may 5: tuna casserole
— Tuesday, may 9: tator-tot lasagna
— Friday, may 12: birthday dinner, barbecue chicken
— Tuesday, May 16: taco salad
— Wednesday, May 17: evening meal - pork at 5:30 p.m.
Our menu is subject to change.
The Ukulele Group will meet on the first and third Monday evenings at 7 p.m.
The quilters are in the center on Mondays from 10:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
The card party will meet on the second Monday evening of the month at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
The neighborhood watch group will meet on the third Tuesday evening of each month at 7 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.
Bingo is played after almost every lunch.
Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors and frozen meals are also available.
The foot care nurse will be here on May 16. If you would like your nails done please call the center to make your appointment at 406-745-4462.
Our next board meeting will be held on May 9 at 10:30 a.m. and nutrition reports will be given.
Commodities will be here May 16 and available for pickup after 2 p.m.
The food pantry is still looking for volunteers to work Tuesday and Friday from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. If you are interested, please call 406-745-0057.
Everyone is welcome at the St. Ignatius Senior Center … you don’t have to be a senior.
