Dennis Wayne Sessions
RONAN – Dennis “Cabe” Wayne Sessions, a member of the Salish and Kootenai Tribes, passed away Saturday in Ronan.
He is survived by his mother Lois Carlson of Ronan; father Bruce Sessions of Chico, Calif.; partner Mona Hayford of Post Creek; nephew Jay McElderry of Missoula; niece M’Lissa McElderry of St. Ignatius; great niece Rowan McElderry of St. Ignatius; niece Vanessa Ashwood of Wisconsin and nephew Brian Schlemmer of Chico, Calif.;his band brothers Calvin Tanner, Curstin Teigen and Charles Fyant.
Dennis is preceded in death by his grandparents; brother Bruce Sessions; sister Patti Sessions; and many aunts, uncles and cousins from the Henry Matt family of Arlee and Berna Hayford.
Per Dennis’ request, graveside services will be held at a later date.
