ST. IGNATIUS — When someone told me I live in a fantasy land I nearly fell off my Unicorn.

We would like to announce that Linda Merchant was the winner of the Mother’s Day basket drawing.

A big thank you goes to the girl scouts for planting our flowers; you’ve all done a great job.

We will have a foot clinic on June 30 from 10 a.m.- noon. If you would like to make an appointment, please call the center at 406-745- 4462.

The food pantry is still looking for volunteers to work on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10-2 p.m. If you are interested, please call 406-745-0057 for more information.

The quilters are in the center on Mondays from 10:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

The ukulele group will be in the center on the first and third Monday evenings of each month at 7 p.m.

The card party will be held on the second Monday evening of each month at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited.

The St. Ignatius Neighborhood Watch Group will be in the center on the third Tuesday evening of each month at 7 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.

Raffle tickets are available at Valley Bank for $1 each or six for $5 and proceeds go to the Boys and Girls club of the Flathead Indian Reservation and Lake County. The winner will be announced on Sep. 15.

Our menu:

— Friday, June 16: liver and onions at noon

— Tuesday, June 20: open faced tuna melt at noon

— Wednesday, June 21: second evening meal roast beef

— Friday, June 23: wraps and fixings at noon

— Tuesday, June 27: chicken Caesar salad at noon

— Friday, June 30: hamburgersand hotdogs at noon

Our menu is subject to change.

Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors and frozen meals are also available.

Everyone is welcome at St. Ignatius Senior Center. You do not have to be a senior citizen to join us for lunch or dinner.
