POLSON — Age is merely the number of years the world has been enjoying you.
The Polson Senior Citizens Center has new sidewalks and steps and a new sign on the front lawn that looks just like the old sign (except it’s not rotting away like the old one).
The monthly board meeting is on Aug. 11 at 10:30 a.m.
The veterans’ representative will be here on Aug. 15 from 10-noon.
The AARP Driving Class will be also held on Aug. 15 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. with a lunch break. At last count the class was full, but call 406-883-4735 to see if there have been any cancellations.
The lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, Aug. 10: sausage gravy, biscuits
— Friday, Aug. 11: meat loaf, baked potatoes
— Monday, Aug. 14: taco soup, homemade rolls
— Tuesday, Aug. 15: Salisbury steak, country noodles
— Wednesday, Aug.16: crab salad stuffed tomatoes
All meals include vegetables and a dessert.
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
