Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases from Aug. 11-17:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: William Hutchinson McBath, 28, fined $20; Alexis Kelly Anastasia, 19, fined $120; Gregory Alvin Howell, 74, fined $65; Maxwell D. Hallar, 22, fined $85; Tyrone Leo Baird, 49, fined $20; Zane David Smith, 18, fined $85; Colton W. Kyro, 21, fined $55; Jeffrey Alan Topham, 54, fined $120; Cody Christopher Evenson, 35, fined $65; Deon Nash Tomsheck, 64, fined $85; Allyn Joyce Way-Daly, 70, fined $135; Jenifer Lyn Bain, 40; fined $95; Richard Toivo Holets, 42, fined $20; Susan M. Johns, 50, fined $20; John H. Gilliam, 59, fined $65; Lea Whitney Barr, 18, fined $95; Richard Bennett Tabish, 52, fined $85.
Lance E. Borgia, 34, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Timothy Discoll, 62, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or greater, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs, his driver’s license was suspended for 12 months, and he was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.
Frank Joseph Maycumber, 66, pleaded not guilty to operating non-commercial vehicle with THC concentration of 5 nanograms per milliliter or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court charges and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Joshua Lucas Hilling, 28, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely, reasonable and prudent.
Cassidy Jade Muth, 21, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle or highway. She was fined $75. Muth also pleaded guilty to throwing match/cigarette/flame on roadway. She was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.
Barry John Flannigan, 49, pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000, first offense. He was fined $200 and charged $75 in court costs. Flannigan also pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Christopher Michael Pierre, 56, pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident resulting in damage to property/fixture along highway, first offense. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs. Pierre also pleaded guilty to stop sign violation. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Pierre also pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000, first offense. He sentenced to 5 days in jail with 5 days suspended.
Gionna Forte, 26, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for changing lanes when unsafe to do so.
Brian Williams Grogan, 57, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Amberlynn Rose Whitcom, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, had her driver’s license suspended for 6 months and was sentenced to jail for 180 days with 179 days suspended.
Mariah Danielle Barber, 22, pleaded guilty to throwing match/cigarette/flame on roadway. She was fined $200 and charged $85 in court costs.
Peta Greenleaf Krajewski, 36, pleaded guilty to improper passing in no-passing zone. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Mark Peter Kayll, 54, forfeited a $50 fine and a $35 court fee for failure to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station.
Darrel John Parker, 71, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member, first offense. He was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 9 days suspended.
Jayden Christian Arlint, 18, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
