The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Maria Angelica Stiles, 32, fined $55; Chloie Annue Huerta, 21, fined $20; Aaron Jeffs Wayman, 27, fined $55; Elize Suzette Brady, 24, fined $70; Scott Douglas Shearer, 44, fined $85; Tracy Marie Dereu, 51, fined $55; Todd Cody Eliason, 26, fined $55; Jessica Erin Majors, 23, fined $55; Michael Raymond Nash, 71, fined $55; Matthew Jeffrey Gerber, 50, fined $20; Wade Paul Shipley, 44, fined $95; Terri Ann Lewis, 52, fined $85; David Wayne Bennett, 61, fined $55; Leif Andrew Christian, 33, fined $95; Diane E. The following individuals were charged with failure to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station and were fined $50 and $35 in court costs: Emily Nell Jochem, 24; Gordon Hastings Luikart, 52; Robert James Smiley, 50; Jordan T. Lind, 31.

Theron M. Sias, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs. Sias also pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended. Sias also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Chase Robinson, 28, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. He was charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Zachary Carl Aman, 21, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Brittany Ann Corry, 28, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $50 and charged $50 in court costs.

Brendan Adam Moore, 22, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third and subsequent offense. He was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 5 days suspended. He may do sheriff labor detail or 15 days house arrest.

Deanne Simmons, 47, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Raymond Delbert Weston, 72, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail.

Todd Allen Somers, 53, pleaded not guilty to violation of a protective order, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Somers also pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, second offense. He was found guilty and and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended per a plea agreement.

Brian Christopher Martin, 45, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Taylor James Thorenton, 26, pleaded not guilty to operating non-commercial vehicle with THC concentration of 5 ng/ml or greater, first offense. He was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, his driver’s license was suspended for 6 months and he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Amy R. Thompson, 25, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 charged $35 in court costs and ordered to pay restitution of $5000.

Eric Marcus Sams, 21, pleaded not guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Filip Stowasser, 23, forfeited a $75 fine for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.

Cierra Joy Doughtery, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of any dangerous drug, first offense. She was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and had her drivers license suspended for 6 months.

Paul Tatto, 66, pleaded not guilty to sexual assault, misdemeanor. He was fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jonathon Francis Crowell, 28, was found guilty of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less) second offense. He was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kenneth Guy Ask, 61, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $50 and charged $85 in court costs.

Jeffery Don Beggs, 46, forfeited a $75 fine for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.

Kevin James Moll, 26, pleaded guilty to unlawful transactions with children, first violation. He was fined $250, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended.

Sharon Anne Fronapeel, 47, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Shaele Lytle Gillin, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months.

Nathaniel B. Garcia, 23, pleaded not guilty to assault, purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury to another. He was found guilty and fined $50, charged $85 in court costs and ordered to pay $2006.09 in restitution.

Brock Michael Wilson, 33, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.8 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months.

Cody John Hensel, 38, forfeited a $195 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for parking in handicap zone without permit.
