POLSON — A 43-year-old Polson man faces three counts of sexual abuse of children after he allegedly Facebook messaged a 13-year-old girl and propositioned her.
Raymond Oliver Finley Jr. was arrested Sunday, Sept. 17, and held on a $100,000 bond. He was in court Sept. 20 but his arraignment was continued to Sept. 27.
According to a court document, Finley messaged the girl and requested sexual photos, discussed sex and solicited and tried to arrange to meet her for sex.
He allegedly identified himself as a 22-year-old and enticed her with marijuana.
The girl sent Finley 19 photos exposing her breasts and her body in various stages of undress, a court document states.
Law enforcement obtained a search warrant for Finley’s phone, which also had other lewd and provocative photos of other girls suspected to be minors, according to a court document.
