RONAN – Two triplexes going up on Round Butte Road across from Ronan Middle School should be ready by late March or early April next year.
That’s the word from Rick Lund, construction manager of the project that began with site preparatory work last summer.
The two-floor triplexes will each consist of two two-bedroom apartments on the first floor and one three-bedroom apartment on the second floor, Lund said.
Each of the six apartments will have two bathrooms.
The apartments, which are owned by Mill Creek Properties of Polson, will have hardwood and tile floors with stamped concrete entryways. The latter will have a design and look like stone, Lund said.
“It’s going to be a pretty nice place,” he added.
Each apartment will have two parking spaces on site.
