Michael Collins
ST. IGNATIUS — Michael Thomas Collins, brother of Bernadine Lovell of St. Ignatius; passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, in Roundup, Montana, of cancer.
Mike was born in St. Ignatius in March of 1947. He turned 70 this year. He was raised in Kellogg, Idaho. Mike moved to Melstone, Montana, to help his nephew Charles Collier run the family ranch.
Mike is survived by one brother, Keith Collins, of Osburne, Idaho; six sisters, Bernie Lovell of St. Ignatius, La Vonne Williams of Pasco, Washington, Alice Wynne of New Kirk, Oklahoma, Maxine Sabastine of Stoughton, Wisconsin, Cherie Pierce of Great Falls, and Becky Collins of Post Falls, Idaho.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry Fredrick and Jenevieve Schelin Collins; brothers John Paulson and Fredrick Collins; two sisters and their husbands, Marion and Leo Collier, and Barbara and Kenneth Trotter.
