Judge Deborah Kim Christopher sentenced the following people on Dec. 14:

Craig Edward Reece, 26 of Polson, received a three-year deferred sentence for assault on a peace officer. Reece was charged after a Jan. 14 incident in which a vehicle crashed into some trees off Terrace Lake Road. According to a court document, Reece kicked LCSO Deputy Joel Diaz twice while in the back of an ambulance. He was assessed $1,500 in fines and fees.

Dolores Rose Joseph, 37, of Elmo, had her previous sentence revoked and was given a two-year deferred sentence for violating probation. She was originally convicted for possession of dangerous drugs. Joseph was cited for misdemeanor public nuisance after she was seen staggering on Main Street in Ronan and had a .329 blood alcohol content, a court record states. She also got fired from her job for “no call, no show,” did not report to her probation officer and did not stay at the approved residence.
