Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and we still have See’s Candy available.
I came in for lunch last Tuesday and there was Kaye and her small army unloading, sorting and packaging commodities. It’s usually the same people once every two months doing this. There’s a special place in heaven for you volunteers; you know who you are.
Our AARP tax preparers will start here on Thursday, Feb. 1, and be here every Monday and Thursday after that up until the deadline. Call 406-883-4735 to make an appointment.
Cris Alter continues to take top place at senior bowling with her 208 game and 560 series. Sharon Sansone had the high handicap series. Don Young and Larry Lawin each had 234 high games. Tim Basta had a high series of 635.
The lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, Jan. 25: creamy pea soup, tuna sandwich
— Friday, Jan. 26: roast beef birthday lunch
— Monday, Jan. 29: potato soup, egg salad sandwich
— Tuesday, Jan. 30: French dip sandwich, jo-jos
— Wednesday, Jan. 31: Polish dogs, mac and cheese
All meals include vegetables and a dessert.
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
