Judge James A. Manley sentenced the following people on Feb. 21:

Waylon Buckskin Michel, 26, of Polson, was given 13 months in the Department of Corrections for his fourth DUI with two additional years suspended. Manley recommended that Michel complete the Warm Springs Addictions Treatments and Change (WATCh) program. Michel was given credit for 28 days in jail. He had a blood alcohol content of .242 following his arrest.

Samantha Marie Seyler, 23, of Ronan, was given a two-year deferred sentence with credit for 53 days in jail as part of a plea agreement. She pleaded guilty to bail jumping. A charge of drug possession with intent to distribute was dismissed. Defense attorney Ashley Morigeau said that Seyler had been living at a sober living house in Shelby.

Robin Wade Hundahl, 53 of Kalispell, was given three-year sentence to DOC with all time suspended as part of a plea agreement for drug possession. Law enforcement found a lunch box that contained a baggie of meth and a pile of money in his vehicle during a June 10, 2017 traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot. The sentence will run concurrent to one for an unnamed felony conviction in South Dakota from 2015.

Stacy Auld, 38, of Pablo, was given 13 months in DOC for her sixth DUI and recommended for the WATCh program. She received an additional three years of suspended time. She had a .139 blood alcohol content following a Nov. 16, 2017, traffic stop.
