Timothy Wayne Muth, 48, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $400 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Muth also pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $510 with $150 suspended and charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended and credited with 2 days. Muth also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect – second offense. He was found guilty and fined $510 with $150 suspended and charged $25 in court costs and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Muth also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $400 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Rodney Allen West, 65, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Tricia Lynette Clairmont, 48, pleaded guilty to following too closely, reasonable and prudent. She was fined $50 and charged #35 in court costs.

Savannah Michelle Thompson, 20, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Zackary Lloyd Rienhardt, 25, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty. Rienhardt also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Keevin Lee Ward, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended. Defendant requests sheriff ’s work program participation.

Vernon Stipe, 57, pleaded not guilty to permitting animals to run at large herd district. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Whitney Lea Barr, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

James Russel Farmer Jr., 18, forfeited an $85 fine for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Bradley Earl Sava, 51, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense and was fined $85.

Jeffrey L. Foster, 37, forfeited a $500 fine and $35 in court costs for throwing match/cigarette/ flame on roadway.

John Weston Hamilton III, 36, forfeited an $85 fine for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Katie Ann Smith, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. She was fined $510 with $250 suspended and charged $75 in court costs. Smith also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $110 and charged $75 in court costs.

Christopher Dennis Moldenhauer, 25, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $150 and charged $35 in court costs.

Miguel Angel Muniz, 38, forfeited a $100 fine and a $35 court costs for unauthorized passenger.

David Allen McClure, 42, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. He was fined $1400 with $1400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. He was ordered to pay $200 in restitution. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

William Adler, 29, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $1000 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended and credit with 1 day.

Luke Aaron Charlton, 28, was found guilty of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $250 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costsand sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

David Allen McClure, 42, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

Dalton Lee Collier, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $350 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Keilon J. Adams, 20, pleaded guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 BAC under 21 years of age, first offense (over 18). He was fined $510 with $375 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Rodney Allen West, 65, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

David Allen McClure, 42, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), second offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Matthew Aaron Barry, 34, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $200 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Dalton Lee Collier, 27, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $400, with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Collier also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

He was found guilty and fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended. Charles Carl Morris Jr., 37, forfeited a $100 fond and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Jonathan G. Schroeder, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended, and charged $85 in court costs. Schroeder also pleaded guilty to littering, dumping/leaving any garbage/ dead animal/refuse/debris. He was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Tabatha Jo Niblack, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended, and charged $85 in court costs. Niblack also pleaded guilty to littering, dumping/leaving any garbage/ dead animal/refuse/debris. He was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Larry D. Lindquist, 21, was found guilty of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $500 with $350 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Miranda G. Birthmark, 28, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $10 and charged $35 in court costs.

Andrew Walter White, 41, was found guilty of partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member, first offense. He was fined $1000 with $900 suspended, charged $85 in court charges and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 9 days suspended.

Catherin L. Maher, 68, was found guilty of ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $52 and charged $35 in court costs.

Riley D. Burke, 41, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined $2000 with $800 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

Margaret Ann Larson, 76, was found guilty of careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Laura M. Bradshaw-Eisenhower-Mahon, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $2000 with $1400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended.

Lorraine May Morton, 28, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ann Arlington Whiting, 40, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Katelyn Leigh McGilvary, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000, with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Sherrill Lynskey Helm, 72, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Peter William Walsh, 36, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined $2000, with $800 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

Noble Cain Kimmel, 24, was found guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300, with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Jolene Marie McCauley, 36, was found guilty of turning when unsafe to do so. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Cole Rilee Anderson, 19, pleaded not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $2000, with $800 suspended, charged 485 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

Andrew William Holmlund, 50, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $1000, with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended.

Zachary Thomas Smith, 41, forfeited a $200 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial drivers’ license, first offense.

Brenda Ann Longnecker, 37, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $2000, with $1000 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 363 days suspended.

Matthew Evan Presnar, 41, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.

Lyle Guy Stapleton, 66, pleaded guilty to violation of commission or department orders or rules. He was fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Ronald R. Wagner, 57, forfeited a $50 bond and a $35 court charge for driving on the other than right-hand roadway of a divided highway.

Bruce William Bartel, 62, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Jeffrey Dace McQueary, 41, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs.

Brittany Lee Lilley, 29, was found guilty of basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Steven Andrew McCullough, 29, forfeited a $75 fine and $35 court costs for exceeding 20,000 pounds single axle weight limit.

Joshua Daniel Hernandez, 35, was found guilty of basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.

Alexa Janelle Lang, 23, was found guilty of basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Jessica Marie Anselmo, 19, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop for school bus stopped (load or unload school child).

James Joseph Sabolish, 32, was found guilty of operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $500, charged $35 in court costs, his driver’s license was suspended for 6 months and he was sentenced to jail for 2 days with 2 days suspended.

Steven Leigh Anderson, 63, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for unlawful use of mobile phone.
