 POLSON — How to prepare tofu: (a.) Throw it in the trash. (b.) Grill some meat.

The veterans’ representative will be here on Friday, May 4, from 10 a.m.-noon.

It’s toe nail trimming time again on May 9 from 10 a.m.-noon.

The lunch menu for the coming week:

—  Thursday, May 3: turkey potpie

—  Friday, May 4: taco salad

—  Monday, May 7: beef vegetable soup

—  Tuesday, May 8: mac loaf (fish)

—  Wednesday, May 9: baked chicken

 All meals include vegetables and a dessert.

 Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
