Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases from March 16-29:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Jason Wesley Beck, 46, fined $70; Yvette Quintana, 40, fined $70; Brandon Val Simmons, 31, fined $70; Dusty Shane Clark Von Riese, 37, fined $20; Michael Allen Hook, 50, fined $200; Caleb Daniel Allred, 29, fined $70; David Lowell Dolan, 58, fined $20; Edric Watson Vredenburg, 71, fined $20; Debbera Lee Cuthill, 57, fined $20; Brittany Nicole Bunselmeyer, 25, fined $20; Rachel Jacqueline Mcmillion, 26, fined $70; Vickie Peterson Rubie, 64, fined $70; Brian Carl Leukuma, 22, fined $20; Marete Jeanette Frame, 29, fined $20; Susan Marie Mead, 19, fined $135; Jo Lynn Spenceley, 64, fined $135; Tyler Thain Bodily, 18, fined $20; Mark William Shrives, 63, fined $55; Thomas D. Harvey, 56, fined $85; Sean Perry, 36, fined $70; Matthew Shane Peterson, 26, fined $20; Sara Nicole Cole, 37, fined $70.

Rodney Wayne Wirshing, 67, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Justin Lee Mckay, 43, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $235 with $135 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Mckendra Daniele Mock, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $150 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended.

Lacci Madison Simmons, 19, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 35, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jerry C. Harris, 18, pleaded guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was fined $100, with $100 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Richard Wayne Snyder, 41, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $500 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 5 suspended.

Heidi Lynn Hedahl, 39, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $185 with $100 suspended.

Autumn M. Diller, 43, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Nicole Marie Humphreys, 32, pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1,000, first offense. She was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Humphreys also pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $185 with $100 suspended. Humphreys also pleaded guilty to failing to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to property/ fixtures along highway, first offense. She was fined $210 and charged $25 in court costs.

Corbin Marie Smith, 18, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18) – first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Tyler Preston Henifin, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was fined $500 with $200 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Henifin also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered. He was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Erica Brittany Vigil, 17, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $550 with $200 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended.

Paul Lee Ross Sr., 48, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Jeryn James Drew Hendricks, 32, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was fined $350 and charged $35 in court costs.

Laurie Jean Smith, 57, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station.
