ST. IGNATIUS — The Patriot’s blood is the seed of freedom’s tree.

The Woman 4 Wellness event will be at the Joe McDonald Health and Fitness Center in Pablo on Thursday, May 24, from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Participants can preregister at : PREVENTION.SKC.EDU. Online pre-registration closes on May 22.

The food pantry will be closed on May 25 and 26 in observance of Memorial Day.

The food pantry will reopen on May 29 and they are still looking for volunteers to work Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.  If you are interested, please call 406-745-0057.

Our yard and bake sale was a success. A thank you goes out to everyone who donated to it.

Commodities will be here on May 15 and available for pick up after 2 p.m.

Our nail clinic will also be on May 15 from 10 a.m.-noon. Call the center at 406-745-4462 to make your appointment. 

The quilters are in the center on Mondays from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Meals can be delivered to qualified seniors and frozen meals are also available. Call the center for more information. If you would like to order a meal, please call by 10 a.m. We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

Menu:

—  Wednesday, May 16: evening meal at 5:30 p.m. - cabbage rolls - The ukulele group will perform for us.

—  Friday,  May 18: Chef salad  

—  Tuesday, May 22: sandwiches, chips 

—  Friday, May 25: beef stroganoff 

—  Tuesday, May 29: John Wayne casserole 

Our menu is subject to change.

Please remember, you do not have to be a senior citizen to join us for lunch or dinner because everyone is welcome.
